Lamont Holloway had been charged with multiple counts of assault on a police officer following the altercation on July 6 after a CeeLo Green concert, the Stamford Advocate reported. Police told the Advocate that Holloway had climbed a concrete pillar and thrown a knapsack into some bushes, and tried to escape when officers confronted him about it.
During a struggle with police officers, Holloway injured three of them, according to the Stamford Advocate. He kneed one in the face, injured another's shoulder, and gave a third one a knee injury, the Advocate reported.
While appearing in court on Thursday, Holloway pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three years in prison, followed by seven years of special parole, according to the Stamford Advocate.
